even old dogs can learn new tricks
by: Bob S.

Thanks, Bob; real nice instructional video. I guess I had always tried to paint sky with my paper too dry. That helped me a lot, knowing I should wet up that section of the paper quite a bit. And you definitely make it possible for anyone who follows your step-by-step instructions to be successful with puddles. Great going!

Bob's teaching method
by: Jendrawan Husada

Hi Bob, you're one heck of a teacher. Your narration is spot on and even anticipates at times the steps you outline. Wittingly or not, your comments (even humorous ones) helped a lot, like: don't fiddle.." It pays to listen. You managed to instill principles of perspective in plain words and by showing. Making a complicated subject simple is where most teachers fail. By training (physician) I had to master the concepts of depth perception, stereoscopic vision etc. You were clearer than quite a few professors at med school.
Ditto with the mechanics of paint. I'm completely new at painting and watercolors, I watched your videos twice or three times, got some supplies, practiced strokes for an hour and produced my first result. Guess they broke the mold after you
Thanks !!

Hi, Mr. Bob, You have done a great job by teaching a drawing step-by-step. By your lessons I have started making beautiful drawings and also started teaching the children who are interested in drawing free of cost. Keep it up and best of luck.

DVD's
by: Rachel

Eversince i started to do art work it was always in Oil's or Acrylic's, i have never work in watecolours, it looks to me gorgeous, but difficult to deal with.

Even we can work in Oil's or Acrylic's and it can looks like Watecolour, it misses the aim, i figured out that each medium has its own tendency, it will always be "like" but not the real "Mccoy".

I came to a conclusion that i must give it a try at home, i did not like to sit with bunch of artists in a classroom.

Since i bought your wonderful teachable DVD's instructions, i realise that "The mountain is not so very high to climb on" and i am really happy!

Thank you very much Bob.

Timing
by: Paul Roth

Being a twenty year military man I am very detail oriented and appreciate an instructor who covers all his ground so to speak. Great work. As for the video I think your video offer is equitable given the time and thought in it's development and deployment. For my part the only reservation is in the timing . As this seems to be a limited offer I might not be able to purchase for the time being. Winter is always better for me when both I and my check book are stuck indoors in snow covered Wisconsin without any other obligations. If you make your offer again latter in the year please count me in
