Returning the DVD Version

If you ordered the DVD version, as long as you return the course back to us within 8-weeks we will refund the full purchase price plus the outgoing shipping cost (unfortunately we cannot refund the return shipping costs).

Please keep the bonus DVD with our compliments.

If you want to return the DVD course here's what to do:

Package the course securely either in the original padded envelope or a replacement.

Insert a note stating you want a refund and add your full name, postal address and e-mail address.

Send the course back to:

Obviously with the online version there's nothing to return! So if you want a refund on your membership here's what to do:

Send us an e-mail within the 8 weeks stating that you own the online version of Watercolour Secrets and you'd like refund - no reason required.
