QUESTION #1: Who is Watercolour Secrets for? Is it suitable for beginners?
A. Watercolour Secrets is for beginner to intermediate watercolourists. In fact, if you're a complete beginner you won't even class yourself as a "watercolourist" but rest assured the course is definitely for you.

It's the only full step-by-step watercolour landscape course I know of. You get more tuition on more subject matter than you would on a week-long 1-to-1 watercolour break... at a small fraction of the cost.

The only artists I wouldn't recommend the course for is very advanced or professional watercolourists.

QUESTION #3: Is Watercolour Secrets a DVD course or online videos?
A. There are 2 versions for you to choose from. The first option is the DVD box set (8 DVDs). This is ideal for those who like to settle down in front of their TV and for those with slower dial-up Internet connections.

The second option is the online version...

The course is exactly the same but delivered via a private "members only" website through high-quality online videos.

The online version costs a bit less than the DVDs and there is no waiting for the DVDs in the mail. You get access o the entire course for a full 12 months.

You can download the videos to your computer - that way you'll have them forever even after the 12 month membership is up.

By the way, the online videos play just fine on Macs.

QUESTION #4: Will the DVDs play on my DVD player?
A. Almost certainly - wherever you live in the world. A very small number of old DVD players may have trouble and if this is the case with you (highly unlikely) you can access the online version instead or get a full refund.

QUESTION #5: Will the online videos stutter?
A. Some people, especially living in rural or remote areas, have trouble watching video online because they stutter. This is down to a slow Internet connection...

If you have a slow Internet connection you can either get the DVD version of Watercolour Secrets or download the online videos which means they will never stutter regardless of Internet speed (we make it easy to download the videos in the private members site even if you're a technophobe!).

QUESTION #6: How Long Are The DVDs?
A. Each DVD is between 1.5 and 2 hours in duration. The majority are 2 hours. Each DVD is divided into shorter, 10-20 minute lessons, so you don't need to watch the full DVD in one go.

In total, there is 16 hours of tuition with over 100 individual lessons.

QUESTION #7: Do you have a money back guarantee?
A. Yes we do and it's one of the fairest you'll find anywhere. You can try Watercolour Secrets for 60 days and see if it's for you. If you don't feel it's worth every penny or if it's just not what you're looking for, we'll issue you a full refund... without question.

Oh, and if you order the DVD version, you can keep the bonus DVD even if you request a refund - as my gift for giving the course a try.

QUESTION #8: What Forms of Payment & Currencies Do You Accept?
A. We accept virtually any major currency.

If you pay via credit or debit card, your card will be charged in US dollars and your card issuer will automatically and instantly convert it into YOUR currency. Your card statement will show the original US dollar amount AND the equivalent amount in your currency at the time of purchase.

We accept most major credit and debit cards and you can also pay via Paypal (again in all major currencies).

QUESTION #9. How long does the course take to ship?
A. We dispatch all courses within 1 working day of the order being placed. Delivery times to the UK usually take about 2-3 days but please allow up to 7 days for delivery.

International orders usually take 7-10 days. However, because we use each country's postal system to keep shipping costs to a minimum, sometimes an order can get held up at customs. For international orders please allow 28 days for delivery.

QUESTION #10. Will I be charged import duty if I live outside the UK?
A. In our experience this is very rare and highly unlikely to affect you if you live outside the UK. If you are charged an import duty it will be small - no more than a couple of dollars (US) at most, or the equivalent in your currency. We have no control over this and the fee goes to the importing country's Customs department not us. Again, it will only affect a very small minority of people and the duty will be small.

QUESTION #11. If I do decide to make use of your guarantee how do I do that?
A. You have 8 weeks (after receiving the course not from the order date) to follow and use Watercolour Secrets and if, for whatever reason, it's not for you just send it back...

We'll refund the full purchase amount including the outgoing postage. The only thing we can't refund is the return postage - so please keep the bonus DVD as compensation.
